Membership Card Terms and Conditions

By purchasing any membership card, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership Benefits

Your membership grants you access to:

  • Factory-direct pricing on eligible products listed on our website (up to 60% off).

  • Sourcing services from Chinese platforms including 1688, Taobao, and JD.com.

  • Consolidated shipping for both online store purchases and sourcing orders.

  • Quality checks & purchase advice for sourced items.

  • Custom supplier connection (for Pro members), including a verified contact list for reliable factory sourcing.

🔹 We do not earn from product markups. Service fees only cover the manual effort and operational cost behind each purchase.

2. Product Scope

Sourcing and member services are limited to business-related goods, including:

  • Natural crystals and mineral specimens

  • Handmade gemstone jewelry and accessories

  • DIY tools and jewelry-making materials

  • Business-use items (e.g., packaging, photo props, lights, storage bins, labels, stamps, etc.)

❌ We do not support sourcing of unrelated daily-use items (home appliances, food, clothing, etc.)
✅ In rare urgent cases, please consult our team in advance.

3. Membership Validity

  • 🌟 Entry Card: One-time use — covers 1 online order + 1 sourcing request (up to 5 items).

  • 🌀 Basic Plan and 🌿 Pro Plan: Available in monthly or yearly options.

Membership is linked to your account/email and is non-transferable.

4. Sourcing Service Rules

We offer sourcing services via Taobao, JD.com, and 1688. Once you activate a membership:

  • You’ll be added to a dedicated sourcing communication group.

  • Our team will assist you with Chinese keyword product search, quality checks, and order coordination.

Return Policy Notice:

If a product doesn’t meet your quality expectations, free return service is offered before final payment, subject to seller policy:

  • ✅ Most Taobao/JD sellers offer free returns

  • ⚠️ 1688 sellers often do not support free returns

  • 🔍 We recommend choosing sellers who clearly provide free return options.

After your confirmation, we will consolidate items, generate invoices, and proceed with payment on your behalf.

5. Payment Details for Sourcing Orders

The transaction process and fee structure for sourcing products are as follows:

  1. You may search for products independently or with assistance from our sourcing support team.

  2. Once the product quality is confirmed to meet your expectations, we proceed to the next step.

  3. An invoice will be generated through our website and sent to your registered email address. This invoice will include a clear breakdown of all associated costs.

  4. You can complete the payment securely through our website. All orders paid through our website are protected by Shopify’s buyer protection policy.

In addition to the membership fee, each sourcing order will include the following charges:

  • Product Price: The original price in RMB as listed on the platform (Taobao, JD, or 1688).

  • Exchange Rate: Calculated using the international standard rate at the time of billing.

  • Transaction Fee: A total of 8.5% of the order value, covering the following services:

    • 4.9% – Payment gateway processing fees (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, credit card).

    • 3.0% – International currency exchange and transfer fees.

    • 0.6% – Withdrawal service fee when converting and transferring USD to our RMB account.

We believe in full transparency—this fee helps us cover the necessary financial services to complete cross-border payments smoothly and securely.

All payments made through our website are protected by third-party payment providers (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, major credit cards), which offer buyer protection for eligible orders.

6. Shipping Responsibility

  • We take full responsibility for the safety of goods within Mainland China.

  • Once the parcel is shipped internationally, we are not liable for delays, loss, or customs-related risks.

  • Our team will explain the pros and cons of each shipping method, and you’ll decide whether to add insurance.

7. Refunds & Cancellation

  • All membership fees are non-refundable once service is activated.

  • We recommend reading all terms and comparing plan options before purchasing.
