Import tax-free for European customers
When you place an order directly through the website and select the default shipping method, whether you are an individual or a corporate buyer, you will not be required to pay any additional taxes when your package reaches your country's customs. The shipping method referred to here is the one displayed under the shipping fee section when you check out your order, such as Local Post Office or European dedicated line. When we use these shipping methods, we have already included and paid the relevant import taxes in the shipping fee to the shipping service provider. Therefore, you do not need to pay any additional fees. However, if you request any shipping method other than these, we will inform you whether you need to pay additional import taxes based on the services provided by the requested shipping method.
